  A brief history how JMB S.A. has grown to become one of the largest exporters in Haiti  
In 1983 -
  JMB S.A. was founded; in those days the plant was only 8,000 sq. ft.

 
         
 
In 1986 -
 

JMB's hot water treatment facility was approved by the USDA,
the first in the hemisphere.

 
         
 
In 1988 -
 
The plant was expanded to 16,000 sq. ft.
 
         
 
In 1990 -
 

JMB S.A. launched the production of Chinese vegetables for export.

 
         
 
In 1999 -
 

The plant was expanded to its present size of 23,000 sq. ft.


 
         
 
In 2002 -
 

JMB S.A. launched the production of hot peppers and calabaza for export.

 
         
 
In 2003 -
 

A 16,000 sq. ft. building with an IQF tunnel is under construction.

 
         
 
In 2005 -
 

JMB is planning to establish its own mango orchards
in selected regions of the island.
